By Aspen Grove

We may terminate our services if:

You fail to pay fees as agreed
You fail to provide necessary information or cooperation
A conflict of interest arises
Continuation would violate professional ethics rules
You engage in conduct that makes it unreasonable to continue

We will provide reasonable notice of termination except where immediate termination is required by professional obligations.

Effect of Termination

Following termination, your file will be closed, and you will receive a final account. We will retain your file in accordance with Law Society requirements. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

If you have concerns about our services or fees, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving issues through open discussion and will work with you in good faith to address concerns.

Fee Disputes

General Provisions

Entire Agreement
